Symbios Medical Products LLC Distribution Agreement

Symbios Medical Products, LLC has signed an agreement with B. Braun Medical for exclusive distribution of its pain control disposable pain pumps and accessories for the US market place. The agreement contains specified unit volumes over a several year period.

B. Braun offers customers everything from IV accessories to critical care products. B. Braun is a major player in pain control, a worldwide leader in regional anesthesia devices and  features a growing vascular access and interventional product line. In addition, they provide a wide array of pharmaceutical devices and services, as well as non-acute focused products.

B Braun (www.bbraunusa.com) is the exclusive sales and distribution channel for Symbios Medical Products in the US. B Braun has sales teams to support selling, in-servicing and distributing products in both in the hospital as well as ambulatory surgical center markets.

B. Braun also offers a pre-fill program-CAPS®, which is the nation’s largest network of outsourcing admixture pharmacies. It was pioneered in 1991 to deliver high-quality admixture services and solutions to a dynamic and challenging pharmacy environment. This organization provides pre-fill services to support the requirements of USP-797 and other provider needs to purchase pre-filled pumps. The CAPS®service brings excellent value to the marketing and selling of disposable pain pumps.

The exclusive distribution agreement took place December 1st, 2010.
